Warranty

• Upon receiving the item(s) within 14 days, any defective item(s) not due to misused will entitled to 1 to 1 exchange. Unless specify otherwise.

• All the consumer electronics products sold by us carry 1 year manufacturer warranty. If you found your item to be defective, please return it to us in the original condition and package. We will service for you or exchange for a new product of the equivalent value or higher. You will be responsible on the shipping & handling for both ways.

• Accessories such as earphone, battery, manual, CD, USB cable, etc is not under the 1 year warranty.

• A 25% restocking fee for all non-defective products returned. This includes problems with: compatibility, driver or software conflicts, improper installation, etc.

• If you need any assistance on your item problem please do not hesitate to contact us, our technical support will be there to assist you.

• buyer must confirm the order within 3 business days or else the item may be re-listed or offered to the next buyer.

• Payment must be received within 5 business days after the order is confirmed or the order will be subject to cancellation. Special arrangements can be made, if necessary.
